We are an interior design and execution company in Riyadh turning spaces from concept to reality, handling planning, design, execution, and furnishing. The role supports the interior design team throughout the sales journey by building strong customer relationships, following up after proposals and negotiations, increasing conversion rates, and identifying upselling opportunities. You will work closely with designers, CX, and marketing to ensure an exceptional experience from the first conversation to signed project

Requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic
• confident communicator via phone, WhatsApp, and video meetings
• experience in objection handling, negotiation, and upselling
• ability to build trust and long‑term customer relationships
• collaborative team player across functions
• quick learner able to work independently with new tools and processes
• highly organized with strong follow‑up and attention to detail
• knowledge of using CRMs and digital tools
