Job description

Provides general healthcare advice and dispenses prescription and non‑prescription medication and non‑pharma products to customers. Supervises the retail store team and operations to continuously meet sales targets, customer satisfaction and operational readiness. • Ensures store readiness by monitoring compliance with internal guidelines (staff uniforms, temperature, storage conditions). • Performs duties according to Standard Operating Procedures, including loyalty program registration. • Processes prescriptions and dispenses medication, advising on dosage, storage, side effects and drug interactions. • Educates customers on proper use of home medical equipment such as glucose meters. • Supervises and develops retail staff through performance tracking, corrective actions, and training opportunities. • Monitors sales performance targets and customer satisfaction, providing regular reports. • Handles cash register, payment processing and reconciliations with Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Identifies upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by consulting customers and proposing appropriate products. • Executes operational and administrative tasks including team scheduling, stock logistics, inventory management, expense recording, price updates and promotion execution per Operational Excellence guidelines. • Ensures compliance with Health & Safety policies and local legal requirements. • Dispenses over‑the‑counter medication and advises on symptoms, dosage and storage to protect customer health and safety. • Maintains pharmacological knowledge through workshops, publications and professional networks.

Requirements

• BSc in Pharmacy (required by law)
• 1 - 3 Years of Experience
• proficient in MS Office Suite
• English – mandatory
• Arabic – mandatory
