Cybersecurity Director

Job description

The Cybersecurity Director will be responsible for leading the organization’s cybersecurity function, developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, policies, controls, and risk management frameworks to protect critical information assets, systems, networks, and digital services. Key Responsibilities include: leading the development and implementation of the organization’s Cybersecurity Strategy, roadmap, and operating model, establishing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and controls across the organization, leading cybersecurity risk management activities, and overseeing the protection of information systems, networks, applications, data, and technology assets against cybersecurity threats

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of relevant Saudi and international cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and controls
• penetration testing
• Git
• effective communication
• compliance
• business continuity
• strong experience in cybersecurity or information security, including leadership or managerial experience
• professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent
• proven experience in leading cybersecurity programs and strategic initiatives and engaging with senior stakeholders
• strong leadership, risk management, decision-making, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
