DP Engineer

Job description

Support, maintain, and secure the IT infrastructure of the card personalization facility in Riyadh, covering servers, network, data center, workstations, and production systems while ensuring high availability and full compliance with PCI security requirements and payment scheme rules. Responsibilities: provide first- and second-level support for servers, network devices, workstations, and printers; install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, storage, and backup systems; manage network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, VLANs) and maintain segmentation between card production and corporate networks; apply security patches within defined SLAs and maintain hardening standards; run vulnerability scans, review findings, and remediate according to SLA; manage user accounts and access rights via Active Directory; monitor systems, logs, and alerts, escalating and documenting security incidents immediately; maintain backups and regularly test restore procedures; keep asset inventory, network diagrams, and configuration documentation up to date; support data center operations including environmental monitoring, cabling, and access logs; coordinate with vendors for hardware, warranty, and support; support internal and external audits (PCI, payment schemes, ISO) by providing evidence and closing findings.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support
• experience in a PCI, banking, or secure manufacturing environment is a strong plus
• hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing), and firewalls
• knowledge of PCI CP or ISO 27001 requirements
• familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), backup solutions, and monitoring tools
• vulnerability management and patching experience
• strong troubleshooting, documentation, and attention to detail
• good communication skills in English and Arabic
• integrity, security awareness, and teamwork.
