Job description

Responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training in mobile crane and heavy equipment operations, ensuring trainees develop the required technical skills, operational competency, and safety awareness. Delivers practical and theoretical training. Demonstrates safe operating procedures, equipment inspections, and lifting techniques. Assesses trainees' practical skills and provides performance feedback. Ensures compliance with safety standards and operating procedures. Maintains training materials, assessment records, and trainee progress reports.

Requirements

• Diploma in Crane Operation, Crane Technology, or related specialty
• Minimum 4 years field experience as a mobile crane operator
• Strong knowledge of mobile crane operations, heavy equipment handling, and safety procedures
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical/Trade/Vocational Studies
• Preferred relevant crane operation, heavy equipment, or trainer certifications
• IELTS score of 6.0
• TOEFL iBT score of 60
• TOEFL Paper-Based score of 498
• TOEFL Computer-Based score of 171
