Senior Roads Design Engineer

Job description

Join the PMO to work on major highway and infrastructure projects in Riyadh. Review road drawings, specifications, and design reports; perform cost‑benefit analyses and develop pavement designs; coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver presentations; lead formal road safety audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's Degree desirable
• 15 years of roadway design experience focusing on highways and complex multilevel interchanges
• proven capability in developing geometric road designs including alignments, cross‑sections, interchanges, ramps, and junctions
• solid understanding of pavement design principles and materials
• good knowledge of road safety engineering and standards
• experience reviewing third‑party designs and coordinating comments
• strong presentation and communication skills
• certified Road Safety Auditor (or equivalent)
• proactive approach to supporting PMO efficiency
• experience working in a multi‑discipline team environment.
