Agent Engineer Intern

Job description

We are a Saudi company built with Silicon Valley expertise, delivering innovative Voice AI and AI agent solutions. As an Agent Engineer Intern you will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Product teams and engage directly with clients to build, deploy, and improve AI agents. You will create proof‑of‑concepts, deliver agent implementations, and monitor performance. You will review voice calls and chat transcripts for accuracy, tone, compliance, and experience, log findings, identify errors and recurring patterns, and recommend improvements. You will share feedback with the team, help refine the QA rubric, and contribute to weekly quality reports.

Requirements

• Proficient in Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Proficient in client interaction
• Basic understanding of AI technologies and software testing/QA concepts
• Familiarity with programming or testing tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment
• Fresh graduate, university student needing co‑op training, or final‑semester student in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
