the employer in Riyadh is seeking a Risk Manager responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining project risk management processes for major roads, highways, bridges, and related infrastructure. The role identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks through stakeholder workshops, maintains risk registers, conducts qualitative and quantitative assessments including Monte Carlo simulations, integrates risk with project controls, prepares dashboards and reports, supports strategic decisions, and promotes a risk‑aware culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of experience in project controls, risk management, or project management
• At least 10 years of experience in a dedicated risk management role
• Proven experience working within a PMC or engineering consultancy environment
• Demonstrated experience on large‑scale roads, highways, bridges, and transportation infrastructure projects
• Proven experience conducting Monte Carlo simulations and quantitative risk assessments on major capital projects
• Strong understanding of Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Monte Carlo Simulation, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), Cost Risk Analysis (CRA), Confidence Level Forecasting (P50/P80/P90), Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience supporting government authorities, transport agencies, and large‑scale infrastructure programs in the Middle East is highly desirable
