Senior Network Administrator

Job description

Responsible for managing the organization's IT and communications infrastructure. Oversees design, implementation, and maintenance of multi-site enterprise networks. Supports Cisco Meraki solutions, routing & switching, VLANs, VPNs and firewalls. Ensures integration of Cisco CUCM, voice gateways and SIP. Applies TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and structured cabling policies. Contributes to performance optimization and technical support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering
• 5+ years experience in multi-site enterprise networks
• hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, routing & switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls
• practical experience with Cisco CUCM, voice gateways, and SIP
• strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and structured cabling
• CCNA/CCNP and ITIL Foundation preferred
• proficiency in Arabic and English
