You will identify and build relationships with potential clients; enhance market presence; ensure client satisfaction; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop strategic business plans; conduct market research to uncover new opportunities; present the employer’s services to clients; negotiate contracts; and drive revenue growth

Requirements

• proficient in Excel
• proficient in market research
• 3+ years experience in business development in recruitment industry
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field
• strong understanding of recruitment process and market trends in Saudi Arabia
• excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• proficient in market analysis and strategic planning
