Job description
The Senior Physical Therapy Specialist administers therapeutic interventions in inpatient, outpatient and home care settings to restore movement and agility, manage movement disorders, relieve pain and prevent disability from disease or injury. Provides comprehensive therapy for patients requiring advanced and complex care. Mentors staff to develop clinical reasoning and critical thinking. Assesses need for targeted staff development programs. Evaluates patient care supplies and equipment and advises supervisor.
Requirements
- Master's Degree required
- Professional certifications required
- Current BLS Certification
- More than 15 years experience (minimum 2 years post‑MS)
