Job description
Leads maintenance and reliability operations 24/7 in the Powertrain and high‑voltage battery workshops. Builds the organization and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and defines a preventive maintenance strategy. Focuses on operational safety, increasing uptime, reducing MTTR and adhering to maintenance schedules. Develops Saudi national technical capabilities through training and knowledge transfer. Manages budget, contracts and ensures maintenance readiness for safe and efficient product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance/reliability with 4+ years in leadership roles
- experience in automotive or electric vehicle production with high automation and green facility launches
- strong record in CMMS/TPM management
- proficiency in English
- experience in developing local technical talent in a multicultural environment
- ability to work around automated equipment and high‑voltage Powertrain products when delegated
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (preferred)
- proficiency in Arabic (preferred)
- CMRP, TPM, autonomous maintenance and Lean/Six Sigma certifications (preferred)
