HR 360S announces its need for Maintenance Supervisor to work in the Riyadh region. Key responsibilities include: Previous experience within the Facilities Management industry in Saudi Arabia is preferred, Solve problems, Time management, Preventive maintenance, Compliance, 5 years of experience. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations and ensure the efficient and safe performance of assigned facilities. Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily maintenance activities across assigned facilities. - Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor work performance. - Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and operational standards. - Monitor and report maintenance issues and progress to management. - Coordinate with vendors and oversee preventive maintenance schedules. - Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of facility systems and equipment. Required Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance roles. - Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable. - Proven experience in Facilities Management. - Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required. - Previous experience within the Facilities Management industry in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
