Job description

A development specialist is required in Qassim - Buraidah for a leading company in the field of sweets. Job Objective: Contribute to the development and improvement of products in terms of concept, visual identity, and customer experience Tasks and Responsibilities: - Develop new product ideas in the field of confectionery or improve existing products. -Designing the visual identity of the products (Brand Identity), including the logo, colors, and general style. -Design boxes and product packaging (Packaging Design) in a creative and attractive way that suits the target group. -Working to improve the customer experience by developing the form of the product and the way it is presented. -Study market trends and competitors in the field of confectionery and provide development suggestions. -Coordinating with the marketing and production team to ensure the implementation of designs with high quality. -Preparing prototypes (mockups) for products and packaging and presenting them for approval. -Follow up on the application of visual identity on all products and packaging materials. -Participate in the launch of new products from the idea stage to implementation.
