The Head of Content and Editorial will shape the content strategy and editorial standards of a growing, product-focused technology business. This leadership role combines exceptional writing and editing skills with strategic thinking, team development, and a strong focus on measurable performance. You will lead a small team of talented writers, ensuring every piece of content is clear, engaging, accurate, and valuable to its intended audience. Accountabilities: You will own the editorial vision, content quality, and performance of content initiatives, combining strategic direction with hands-on editing and continuous experimentation. • The ideal candidate is an experienced editorial leader with excellent writing instincts, a proven ability to develop talented writers, and the strategic judgment to turn high-quality content into measurable business results. You should be comfortable combining hands-on editorial work with team leadership, AI-assisted production, and data-driven decision-making. Key qualifications include
• Editorial Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing small teams of skilled writers and maintaining consistently high standards of content quality
• Exceptional Editing and Copywriting: Outstanding writing, editing, and copywriting skills, with the ability to recognize strong content, identify weaknesses, and transform drafts into polished, compelling material
