CRM Systems Developer (Customer Relationship Management) Job: CRM Systems Developer / Software Developer. Work location: Al-Rass. Software developers implement or program all kinds of software systems based on specifications and designs by using programming languages, tools, and platforms

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in developing systems or web applications, preferably with experience in CRM systems or business automation
• Basic tasks
• Develop and improve the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Connecting systems via API and integration between platforms
• Develop and automate WhatsApp messages and notifications
• Develop reporting panels and performance indicators
• Contribute to improving the customer experience and customer journey
• Work with the project team to transform requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in software and database development
• Good knowledge of APIs and integration between systems
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, Power BI and ZATCA preferred
• Ability to analyze requirements and work within a team
• Having previous projects or portfolio is an advantage
