Asset Manager

Job description

A job vacancy for the title of Assets Manager is to lead and govern all the company’s assets, maximize their benefit, reduce waste and disruption, and ensure efficient asset life cycle management. Job objective: Managing the life cycle of assets, from purchase, operation, and maintenance to replacement and sale, while controlling the central registry of assets and ensuring its accuracy and completeness. Creating and managing an asset register. Supervising the receipt, coding and inventory of assets. Monitoring the condition of assets and the level of their exploitation. Preparing asset replacement and renewal plans. Cost of ownership (TCO) analysis. Follow up on insurance and accidents related to assets. Organizing the sale and disposal of assets. Covenant management and follow-up. Coordination with finance, maintenance and operation departments. Ensuring the implementation of governance and procedures related to asset management. Work location: Unayzah

Requirements

• The applicant must be of Saudi nationality
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, supply chain or related field
• Experience in asset management or related fields
• Supervisory experience
• Experience in managing fleets, equipment and assets
• Experience using ERP/EAM systems
• Strong skills in leadership, analysis, organization and operations management
