E-commerce Operations & Logistics Supervisor

About the Company: Nokhbat the employer Trading Company operates an e-commerce store, retail branches, seasonal exhibitions, and an external manufacturing line for custom seating products. Our operations are managed through an integrated ecosystem that includes Zid, Amazon, Trendyol, and other marketplaces. The selected person will be responsible for managing the complete order and fulfillment cycle, from the moment an order is received through Zid or a marketplace, through picking, packing, fulfillment, shipping, and final delivery to the customer. The role includes managing warehouse and inventory activities, overseeing fulfillment and courier partners, managing marketplace operations, and ensuring that all teams comply with the approved service level agreements

Requirements

• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms
• proficient in WMS
• experience in managing shipping and logistics operations
• knowledge of working with delivery and shipping partners
• proficient in using task management tools like ClickUp
• experience in resolving operational issues
• proficient in data analysis and process improvement
• experience in managing business across platforms like Amazon and Trendyol
• proficient in English
• 5+ years of experience in operations and e-commerce
