Procurement Manager

Job description

Supervise purchasing operations and develop sourcing strategies to ensure spending efficiency and supply continuity. Lead the procurement team and enhance its performance. Manage the procurement cycle for capital and operational expenditures, materials, administrative services, and spare parts. Develop and implement purchasing strategies for various categories. Negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts, and build long‑term partnerships. Achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and delivery schedules. Evaluate, qualify, and monitor supplier performance and manage supply risks. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and audit requirements. Analyze spend, prepare reports and KPIs, and improve work procedures

Requirements

• Experience in procurement management including team leadership and supplier/contract management
• proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office
• proficient in spoken and written English
• practical experience in procurement within the animal feed industry
