The most prominent requirements: ▪ Qualified in an appropriate specialty. ▪ At least 3 years of experience in developing financial resources in the non-profit sector ▪ Ability to prepare and close grant and support opportunities ▪ High skills in communication, relationship building, and persuasion

Typical duties of this profession:

• Prepare financial resource development plans for non-profit entities

• Build relationships with potential donors and partners

• Manage fundraising campaigns and drives

• Follow up on financial support collection and prepare periodic reports

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Financial Management, Marketing, or equivalent
• Experience in financial resource development or fundraising
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
