Job description

With the launch of the car buying platform “the employer”, the process of selling used cars has become easy and simple. The platform offers the option to sell used cars, regardless of their condition and age, within 30 minutes at the best possible market value This role is key in the inspection team and is the first person the customer comes into contact with. The applicant for this position must have customer service skills and professional vehicle inspection skills. • Receiving and welcoming the client • Directing the customer to log in and fill out the data in the correct way • Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle in a safe and accurate manner, on time, in accordance with the employer quality standards for inspecting images and vehicles. • Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion to close the deal, and good handling of objections received • Ensure that all documents required by the client are completed in the event that the offer is accepted. • Forward completed documents to the operations team and ensure they are received in full. • Bidding farewell to the client and ensuring that he is completely satisfied with the outcome of the deal • Field visits to clients if needed.

• Diploma/qualification
• Graduated
• Skills in vehicle inspection
• Customer service skills
• General proficiency in using browsers, applications, and email
• General proficiency in English
