After-sales Service Technician

Job description

We announce the availability of job opportunities as an After Sales Service Technician - computers and mobile devices. After-sales service technicians provide after-sales service support to customers, such as the installation, maintenance and repair of the sold products. They take corrective actions to ensure customers’ satisfaction, resolve technical product-related issues and write customer summary reports

Requirements

• Diploma or
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics or any related field
• At least two years of experience in after-sales services for computers and mobile devices
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android operating systems. High skills in diagnosing faults and solving technical problems
• Ability to work independently and within a team
