Proven practical proficiency in producing rough texture, pigmented mix coloring, and color matching to approved samples. prerequisite. Knowledge of mounting and reinforcing systems (Steel Frame/Cast-in Fixings) is a plus. Ability to read shop drawings. Leadership skills and team management. Requirements

• Complete supervision of GRC production lines using both spray and premix methods.
• Follow up on the preparation of molds and ensure they are ready before pouring
• Applying quality control procedures (mix tests, spray thicknesses, processing and storage)
• Managing a team of workers and technicians, distributing tasks and achieving daily production goals
• Reducing waste and breakage rates and adhering to safety standards
• Experience in producing GRC products of all kinds
