Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related engineering discipline. Minimum 10 years of industrial maintenance experience, including leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and leading maintenance teams. Experience in gypsum board manufacturing or other heavy industries is strongly preferred
