Heavy Truck Maintenance Manager

Job description

We are seeking a Heavy Truck Maintenance Manager. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. The required experience is 10+ years in heavy-duty truck maintenance, including at least 5 years in a managerial position. Mandatory: Extensive hands-on experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance. Experience in passenger cars or light vehicles alone will not be considered. Strong technical knowledge of heavy trucks, including maintenance systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs. Proven experience managing multiple heavy truck workshops and leading maintenance teams across different branches. Demonstrated ability to improve maintenance quality, reduce vehicle downtime, and optimize maintenance costs. Experience developing maintenance strategies, procedures, and performance indicators (KPIs). Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
