We are Hiring / Project Specialist Company: WHOA TEA Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Position: Project Specialist - Store Construction and Fit-out Requirements About 1 year of experience in project coordination, construction, fit-out, F&B, café, restaurant, or retail. Basic knowledge of construction, MEP, HVAC, fire safety, and fit-out work. Strong communication, coordination, organization and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, designers, owners and internal teams. Strong communication skills in English are a must. Arabic language is an advantage. Must be based. We are looking for a proactive and organized project specialist to support our growing store projects and ensure smooth coordination from planning to opening

Requirements

• Experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preferred, especially Riyadh and mall projects
