BIM Modeler - Architecture

Job description

We are looking for a BIM Modeler - Architecture to work in Saudi Arabia. You should have experience in preparing architectural models according to LOD requirements and project standards. You should also be able to extract plans, elevations, sections, and details from BIM models. Additionally, you should be able to coordinate with Structural and MEP specialties and handle clashes. You should be familiar with BIM standards, BEP, Naming Conventions, and QA/QC. You should be able to review drawings, implement modifications, and coordinate with the project team

Requirements

• Experience in demolition and removal + risk assessment
• experience in large projects
• experience in lifting works
• TUV is a basic requirement
• experience in lifting plans, load calculation, and crane operation
• experience in welding procedures and inspection
• knowledge of AWS / ASME
• IWE / CSWIP 3.2.2 is preferred
• strong experience in Revit Architecture and BIM Modeling
• preparing architectural models according to LOD requirements and project standards
• extracting plans, elevations, sections, and details from BIM models
• coordinating with Structural and MEP specialties and handling clashes
• knowledge of BIM standards, BEP, Naming Conventions, and QA/QC
• ability to review drawings, implement modifications, and coordinate with the project team.
