Job Overview: the employer is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage Project Managers over a wide range of projects. Provides direction and management for large-scale projects, or several small projects, and ensures on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations. Responsible for the scope development, scope management, and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals and objectives. Responsibilities: Play a pivotal role in providing direction and management overseeing all Project Managers, to assure on-schedule completion within or below budget and per contractual obligations. Initiates and sets goals for the Project Managers and projects to the planned goals of the Country Manager and corporate strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 18 years of experience in construction and design management, with a strong focus on luxury hospitality projects
• Must have thorough knowledge of program management, capabilities, and skills in engineering principles, and have a strategic mindset of industry best practices and regulations
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with client, corporate, and their project managers on technical and non-technical subjects
• Advanced leadership skills with ability to perform in a management capacity
• Advanced knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project
• Supervise all projects and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems
