Maintenance Supervisor Location: Saudi Arabia Industry: Barite and Bentonite Manufacturing We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment and ensure maximum equipment reliability, plant availability and safe operations. Basic Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or any related field. - Experienced in heavy industries such as mining, metal processing, cement, or industrial manufacturing. Supervisory experience in leading maintenance teams. Technical Experience - Raymond mills and grinding mills - Crushers and screening systems - Conveyor systems - Compressors, pumps, gearboxes and rotating equipment - Hydraulic and pneumatic systems - Forklifts, wheel loaders, diesel engines - Industrial electrical systems (motors, MCC, VFD) - Welding and fabrication skills preferred - Preventive and corrective maintenance - CMMS - Spare parts planning and inventory control - Root Cause of Failure Analysis (RCFA) - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Adherence to safety standards (LOTO, Work Permit, Fire Safety): Your CV updated to [
