Control quality, reduce waste, and improve process efficiency. Manage plant maintenance, inventory and supply chains. Follow up on compliance with safety and quality standards. Preparing the factory budget and following up on costs. Leading the work team including supervisors, technicians and workers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. More than 4 years of experience in the manufacturing field, including leadership experience.
