Job description

Saudi architectural engineer to join a specialized team. The role focuses on reviewing and coordinating designs and drawings, providing technical comments to the design consultant; it does not involve working within a contractor team or on‑site execution team

Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• prior experience in Technical Office with portion in large commercial projects
• thorough knowledge of reviewing tender and design documents
• ability to review architectural drawings and coordinate with various disciplines
• preparing and issuing technical comments and following up with the design consultant until closure
• strong experience in design review, technical coordination, and drawing review
• proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, preferably with good BIM experience
