Security Supervisor

Job description

Your role is to enhance hospitality by ensuring guest and property safety. Conduct security patrols inside and outside the hotel to identify and mitigate risks. Coordinate emergency responses such as fires, medical incidents, and security threats. Train, schedule, and supervise security guards, providing guidance for high performance. Perform preliminary incident investigations to document information and report accurately. Promote adherence to safety protocols and best practices. Fill in as a security officer when required.
