About the Role the employer is looking for a Security Camera Controller to join its team in Riyadh. This role focuses on supervising security monitoring operations, operating surveillance systems, and immediately responding to security emergencies to ensure a secure environment around the clock. Main tasks and responsibilities: Continuous supervision of security surveillance camera operations. Operating, monitoring and maintaining alarm systems and surveillance cameras on a regular basis. Dealing with and investigating alarm and fire emergencies, and ensuring immediate response around the clock. Download and manage recordings for use in future investigations, ensuring compliance with data privacy rules and regulations. Investigate emergency situations and violations of security policies and procedures. Follow security policies and procedures that comply with applicable laws and regulations. Informing management of security problems when they occur. Submitting reports on causes and results to management, and providing the necessary recommendations for the course of action. Qualifications and Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in a field related to security camera monitoring or security operations. Ability to work effectively within a team and in an environment that requires alertness and attention to detail. Work Environment This role is full-time and located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commitment to responding to security situations around the clock. Job type full time.
