Electrical Quantity Surveyor

Job description

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor - Electrical/MEP Engineer to join our contracting company. The engineer will be responsible for preparing and quantifying electrical projects and MEP works, reviewing technical plans and specifications, preparing quantity tables and pricing, preparing invoices and quantifying executed works, coordinating with execution teams, technical office, and project management, and reviewing change orders and calculating additional quantities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• at least 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in MEP projects
• proficiency in reading engineering plans
• proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD programs, and preferably familiar with Revit or similar programs
• good analytical and organizational skills
• ability to work in a team and handle work pressure
