Job Opportunity | Operational Support Engineer - L2/L3 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: Ensure platform stability and continuous service availability. Provide L2/L3 production and operational support. Troubleshoot application and platform issues. Manage incidents, investigate problems, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Monitor system performance, service health, and availability. Qualifications & Requirements: Strong experience in L2/L3 Production Support. Experience in Incident Management and Problem Management. Strong application and platform troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of monitoring, performance management, and service availability. Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies is preferred.
