Job description

We are seeking a Head of Accounting who possesses high professional experience and strong capability in financial and accounting operations. Responsibilities: Ensure the management of accounting and financial affairs, lead the team in preparing financial statements and reports, and control financial oversight and cash flows. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide guidance and supervision to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 7 years of practical experience in accounting and finance, including supervisory experience
• Advanced experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, reports, closures, and bank reconciliations
• Strong capability in financial control, cash flows, budgets, and compliance with accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting and financial systems
• Must have a professional accounting certification such as SOCPA / CPA / CMA or equivalent
• Experience in the non-profit sector is an additional advantage
