Job description
The legal professional provides commercial legal advice internally and externally. Drafts and reviews contracts and legal documents. Supports cases related to procurement, governance, compliance, real estate, and projects. Assesses legal risks and provides practical recommendations. Manages external advisors and budgets. Supports dispute management and contributes to compliance and internal control programs. Maintains confidential records. Collaborates with HR, finance, operations, and procurement to improve legal procedures. Supports governance processes and mentors new colleagues
Requirements
- Proficiency in providing commercial legal advice
- proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
- knowledge of stakeholder management
- experience in corporate governance
- knowledge of compliance
- law degree (LLB or equivalent)
- professional qualification and license to practice law in Saudi Arabia or recognized jurisdiction
- 6–12+ years of legal practice experience
- proficiency in negotiation and document preparation
- ability to assess legal risks and recommend preventive measures
- proficiency in working with cross‑functional teams
