Asset Investment and Development Manager

Job description

Leads the development and investment of a government park in Riyadh, converting it into a commercial and entertainment destination. Develops the park’s development strategy and identifies investment activities and opportunities. Prepares feasibility studies, financial models, and evaluates returns and risks. Attracts investors and operators and negotiates partnership and investment contracts. Oversees commercial and operational performance, drives revenue growth, and enhances visitor experience. Manages budgets, teams, and performance indicators

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field
• at least 7 years of experience in investment or asset development and projects, including 3 years in a leadership role
• hands‑on experience in feasibility studies, partnership agreements, and attracting investors or operators
• preferred experience in developing and operating tourism, entertainment or mixed‑use commercial destinations
• financial risk analysis
• credit rating assessment
• company financial performance analysis
