Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• diploma or bachelor's degree
• previous experience in contact centers and WFM field
• experience in preparing reports and analyzing performance indicators (KPI)
• ability to analyze data and extract results and indicators
• high accuracy, attention to details, and ability to work efficiently
