Logistics, Import, Export and Operations Supervisor

Job description

Supervise import, export and shipping operations from factory to warehouse. Coordinate the full international shipping cycle (sea, air, land) door‑to‑door. Communicate with factories, suppliers and external customers to track orders and issue and audit import‑export documents. Negotiate with shipping companies and shipping agents to select optimal routes and costs. Handle customs clearance and regulatory compliance, accurately defining HS Codes. Follow up customs brokers daily and ensure compliance with government platforms. Review and file invoices, bills of lading, packing lists and certificates of origin. Manage inventory and enter shipment data into the ERP system. Prepare periodic management reports on import‑export movements, shipping costs and inventory status. Archive shipment files and perform daily office tasks

Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• experience in logistics, import and export operations
• thorough knowledge of import‑export regulations, customs items (HS Codes) and SABER certificates
• proficiency with ERP systems
