Job description

Role: Design and implement data-driven and AI solutions to empower business decisions. Own enterprise data architecture and extend it to AI and MLOps capabilities. Develop a comprehensive data architecture strategy aligned with business goals and AI initiatives. Design data models, database structures, and data flow processes ensuring integrity, availability, and security. Oversee advanced analytics solutions, including machine learning models and algorithms. Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to ensure efficient pipelines and AI/ML alignment. Establish best practices for data governance, quality, and lifecycle management. Support selection and implementation of data management tools and technologies. Engage stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver maximum business value. Monitor data and AI trends, refining strategies for continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or AI/ML roles
• proven experience designing and implementing data models and architecture in large-scale environments
• experience with AI and machine learning frameworks, libraries, and tools
• familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark
• strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems and data warehousing concepts
• excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• strong communication skills to convey complex data concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or related field
