Software Technician

Job description

The position is open in Riyadh and Jeddah for Saudi nationals. Install, configure and maintain software applications and systems. Provide technical support, troubleshoot software issues and resolve them. Assist in testing, updating and deploying applications. Monitor system performance and identify technical problems. Support users and resolve software-related issues. Maintain technical documentation and software records. Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field
• experience in software technical support or related field
• basic knowledge of programming languages Java, C#, JavaScript or Python
• basic knowledge of SQL systems and databases
• good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• good communication and teamwork abilities
• proficiency in English
