Job description
Riyadh is seeking a Design BIM Architect. Responsible for designing residential complexes, commercial complexes, office buildings and various projects. Prepare professional 3D presentation renders using Lumion or V‑Ray. Produce detailed design drawings. Ensure designs comply with SBC, municipal and civil defence requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering
- Experience: 4-6 years of actual experience in a consultancy office in Saudi Arabia
- accreditation from Saudi Council of Engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Actual experience in a consulting office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers
