Job Title: IT Operations Manager, Riyadh Requirements: 10 years or more experience in providing enterprise applications in information technology or communications Practical experience in leading large multi-functional technical teams Real experience in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) Strong technical background in enterprise information technology Preferred to have a PMP or PRINCE2 certificate Holding an ITIL certificate Proficiency in Arabic and English Residing in Riyadh or willing to move Saudis preferred
