Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced electronic manager to lead maintenance and facilities operations across the employer stores and supporting sites in Saudi Arabia. Oversees regional maintenance teams, ensures operational continuity, and drives high standards of safety, service quality, and maintenance performance. Key duties include leading area maintenance managers, supervising reactive and planned maintenance 24/7, managing national SLA agreements and preventive maintenance, and overseeing facility services such as cleaning, water supply, pest control, coffee machines and waste. Implement and improve CAFM/FSM workflows for tickets, PPM, assets, vendors, and generate SLA reports. Ensure proper store handover, obstacle closure, asset records and vendor warranty claims. Coordinate operational priorities and maintenance spend with finance and procurement, monitor costs, and resolve major maintenance issues and escalations
