We are looking for a Sales & Demand Manager to join a leading real estate development company. Responsibilities include building and leading a sales process model, developing pricing and incentive strategies, leading sales readiness, managing sales processes through CRM, monitoring sales performance and identifying challenges, developing demand generation strategies

Requirements

• Experience in residential property sales
• preferred experience in sales of projects on the map, lead generation, and management of brokers and sales channels
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• proficiency in Arabic and English
• strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management
