Job advertisement for a health group maintenance manager. A vacancy for a maintenance manager, to work from the main headquarters, and supervise maintenance and operation work in all the group’s branches in the Kingdom, including Riyadh, Jeddah, and other regions as needed. Tasks and responsibilities: • Managing and supervising all maintenance work in the health group’s facilities and branches. • Leading and managing the maintenance team, technicians and workers, distributing tasks and following up on performance. • Supervising electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC) works, civil works and general maintenance of buildings. • Preparing, implementing and following up on preventive and periodic maintenance plans, in addition to corrective and emergency maintenance. • Follow up on fault reports and ensure their speedy treatment to ensure continuity of operation. • Managing and following up on maintenance service contractors and suppliers and ensuring the quality of work and adherence to contracts. • Follow up on maintenance needs for materials, spare parts, and tools and contribute to cost control. • Conduct periodic visits to branches and follow up on technical observations and treatment plans. • Preparing periodic reports on maintenance work, breakdowns, preventive maintenance, costs, and the condition of the branches. • Ensure compliance with safety requirements, approved policies and requirements related to maintenance and facilities work. • Participate in preparing and opening new branches and expansion and renovation works related to facilities and maintenance

Requirements

• Preferably includes supervisory or management experience
• Previous experience in health facilities or multi-branch facilities is preferred
• Saudi nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• mechanical engineering
• Facilities management, or related specialty
• Experience in maintenance and facilities management
• Experience managing maintenance teams, technicians and contractors
• Good knowledge of electrical systems
• plumbing
• Air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC)
• building systems and facilities
• Good knowledge of preventive maintenance, fault management and maintenance plans
• Planning, problem solving and reporting
• The ability and willingness to move and visit the group’s branches in various regions of the Kingdom according to the work need. Primary work location: Riyadh - with supervision and visiting the group’s branches in Jeddah, the Eastern Province, and other regions as needed
