Job description
Riyadh, there is a job vacancy for the title of Collection Specialist. Work location: Riyadh - Al-Rabwa district
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher. Experience or prior knowledge in the field of debt collection. Proficiency in using a computer. High organizational and communication skills. Saudi nationality. Willingness to work with the shift system when needed.
- Communication and persuasive negotiation
- Familiarity with the systems and regulations of the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia (SAMA) for collection
- Use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and collections software
