Job description
The Quantity Surveyor prepares and reviews Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and monitors costs. He/she conducts quantity take‑off, prepares interim payments, pricing and reviews project items. The role is based in Riyadh with the application period from 21 September 2026 to 5 October 2026
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- experience in the contracting sector
- strong experience in quantity take‑off, preparing interim payments, pricing and reviewing project items
- ability to prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and monitor costs
- preferably experience in construction and contracting projects
