A 5‑star hotel in Riyadh with about 400 rooms and conference halls is seeking a Director of Engineering. The role includes overseeing operations and maintenance of facilities, leading the maintenance team, monitoring contractors and external maintenance contracts, and preparing budgets, reports and periodic maintenance plans

Requirements

• experience in 5‑star hotels or large hospitality establishments
• experience in operations and maintenance management
• proficient in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire‑fighting and building management systems
• ability to lead maintenance team and monitor contractors and external maintenance contracts
• proficiency in preparing budgets, reports and periodic maintenance plans
• administration / organization
• personnel recruitment
